1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all courses, programs, and training services offered by Veritas Skill Institute (“Institute”, “we”, “us”) on the Website veritas-skills.com.
2. No-Fee Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of all course fees paid if:
A written refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, and
You have not accessed any course materials, attended any live class, or availed any Institute services related to the course.
No additional fees, cancellation charges, or processing fees will be deducted if the refund is accepted under the conditions above.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
Write to refunds@veritas-skills.com
with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]”
Provide the following details:
- Full name as registered
- Contact details
- Course name
- Proof of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Refund requests without complete details may be delayed or declined.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed:
Within 14 business days from acceptance of your refund request
To the original mode of payment used during enrolment
The Institute is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will not be accepted if:
The request is received after 7 calendar days from the date of payment
You have accessed course content, live/recorded lectures, or training materials
You have attended any sessions or utilized any services
You voluntarily withdraw after the refund eligibility period
6. Partial Refunds
No partial refunds are provided once course materials are accessed or classes have begun.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to refunds shall be resolved amicably. If unable to resolve, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
